A 30-calendar-day warranty from the acceptance date is included: bugs on our side are fixed free of charge. After that, support is a separate agreement — incident response within 4 hours under SLA, daily backups with a restore check.

Officially and in stages: contract, invoice, acceptance act. Prepay 40–50%, the rest by the milestones written into the contract. We work with EU clients too.
