The contract annex is drafted differently for businesses and for individuals, so the form depends on the type of customer. We agree the advance, number of payments and dates in the contract.

Advance and start of work
Work begins after the advance. You see its size and the payment dates in the schedule before you sign.
Payments by calendar
Each payment has a date in the schedule. We issue an invoice for each payment, due on that date.
Rights after full payment
Rights to the result pass after full payment. Until then you use the result under a limited licence.
Frequently asked questions
Is there interest?
No. The price when paying in instalments is the same as paying at once: no interest, no fees. A discount applies only to full payment on the advance date.

What happens if a payment is late?
We write to you first rather than demanding everything at once. The details are in the Appendix to the contract.
Can I pay early?
Yes.
Is this a loan?
No. It is a term of a services contract: we do not lend money and we are not a financial institution.
Can I pay for website development in installments?
Yes. You pay an advance (from 30%) before work starts, and the rest is split into 1–4 payments on a calendar. You see the amounts and dates in the schedule before signing the contract.
Can I pay for an online store in installments?
Yes, the same way as for a website: an advance, then payments on a calendar. The schedule depends on the scope and stages of the project, and we agree it before the contract is signed.
Is paying in instalments available to legal entities and sole proprietors?
Yes. We use one form of the appendix to the contract for businesses and another for individuals. We agree the advance, the number of payments and the dates for each project.
