LIONEX AI First Agency is a Ukrainian agency building websites and online stores and doing technical SEO, working since 2015.
The contracting party is sole proprietor Vladyslav Chystiakov: every project runs under a written contract, the result is handed over by an acceptance act, the warranty is 30 calendar days from the day it is signed, and rights to the code and materials pass to the client after full payment. The portfolio holds 53 projects, 33 of them online stores; our sites run in nine countries: Ukraine, Poland, Germany, Austria, England, Norway, Bulgaria, Moldova and Spain. Stores are built mostly on OpenCart, websites and web apps on Next.js; separate lines of work are technical SEO, integrations with Nova Poshta, payment and accounting systems, and order-processing automation.

Don't see your question?We deliberately keep no public price list: the same job by name can differ several times over between two clients, so a "from" figure would mislead. First comes a free review of your task — 1–3 working days. Then an estimate broken down by stage, then a contract with a fixed amount. We calculate in euro; the hryvnia amount follows the NBU rate on the invoice date, and that is written into the contract rather than settled after the fact.
We name a deadline only after we see the scope: the catalog structure, the number of products, the list of integrations. Any figure given before that is invented, and those are exactly the promises that later fall apart. After the audit you get a schedule by stages — structure and design, build, launch — and every stage ends with a written deliverable.
Stores are mostly OpenCart — that is the core specialisation. New projects are more often built on Next.js and React. We also work with WordPress/WooCommerce and plain PHP when a site already runs on them or your side requires it. The platform is chosen for the task and for whoever will maintain the site after us, not because it suits us better.

Ongoing support is arranged separately and is not a condition.

NewOn 22 September 2026 we checked the HTTPS certificates on 116 sites we had already measured for market studies, and for 104 of them we compared the state with August. All 116 passed verification, 108 run on 89- and 90-day free certificates, and only one site's certificate has still not renewed, even though with typical settings it should have by now. We walk through the measurements and the limits of the method, and show how to check your own site with a single command.
