Reports for the owner: one page instead of ten cabinets
The owner report is one page with five to seven numbers that you use to make your marketing decisions and a caption where each number came from. We collect it in Looker Studio on your sources: analytics, advertising offices, search console, CRM and call tracking - those that really give data. We check the sources for free before the compilation: of the 33 sites we measured, six did not have any counters, and another four relied on Universal Analytics, which was turned off by Google on July 1, 2023. Drawing graphs on top of this is a faster way to make mistakes.

Situations where this service delivers results
Scenario 1 of 4
The numbers are in five offices, there is no summary anywhere
Monday begins with the fact that you open the advertising cabinet, then analytics, then CRM and make a picture in your head. The panel makes this addition once and for all: the same numbers lie side by side, signed by the source and the period. The advantage here is not in beauty, but in the fact that for each meeting, half a day is not spent collecting numbers, which need to be collected again a week later.
We'll review your situation in a free audit
Scenario 2 of 4
The contractor reports his figures, and there is nothing to check them
The agency shows a section of its office, and it always looks good - because the office calculates according to its own rules. The own panel provides a second point of support: next to the advertising conversion there is an analytics figure and a figure from your accounting system. This does not cancel the conversation, but it changes it from "your data is incorrect" to "here are three numbers, let's figure out why they are different."
Scenario 3 of 4
Several channels, and you have to decide where to transfer the budget
Search, product campaigns, social networks, organic, mailing — as long as costs and results lie in different tabs, it is impossible to honestly compare them. In the dashboard, costs and appeals are in one table for one period, with one enrollment model for all. This doesn't make the solution obvious, but it removes the situation where a channel looks worse just because it was measured differently.
Scenario 4 of 4
The company has matured to the point where the manager is no longer in every deal
While there are a dozen orders a week, the owner keeps them in his head. Then the head ceases to be a report, and the first thing that disappears from the field of view is the source of appeal. The weekly slice and the monthly summary return this layer: you can see not only how much, but from where and for how much.
Cases
Tasks and results in numbers — all metrics measured by us
a brand of natural spices with its own online store is our external technical dimension
Task
Understand which of the connected systems are generally suitable as a source for a consolidated report.
Solution
We read the page markup: counter identifiers, site map, language versions. They did not write anything to the offices - they read what the site itself gave.
Result
There are three measurement systems in the layout at the same time: live GA4 G-0NCJXVMDZ0, dead Universal Analytics UA-35435275-2 and Yandex.Metrika 72635620. One of the three is suitable for the report. There was something nearby that would ruin the organic slice: the sitemap has 3,971 entries for 590 unique addresses, and all 590 lead to only the /ru version, even though the site advertises as uk. Measured on 07/31/2026.
The B2B spare parts catalog for industrial sewing machines is our external technical dimension
Task
Check whether there is something to collect a monthly report on the site.
Solution
We measured server responses, listed the site map, compiled a list of counters in the HTML of the main page.
Result
The technical part is in order: 1,992 addresses in the site map without a single duplicate — 1,848 product cards and 138 categories, the first response is 388.1 ms with 120.2 KB of markup. And measurement is dead: HTML still has gtag('config','UA-133384797-1'), i.e. Universal Analytics, disabled on July 1, 2023, and there is no GA4 feature at all. Three years of data on this site simply do not exist, and the report would have to start from the date of installation of the new meter. Measured on 07/31/2026.
a store of automatic irrigation systems, a catalog of 300 items — our measure of our own project
Task
Calculate the catalog and check which business indicators can be included in the owner's report.
Solution
The catalog was calculated using two independent methods: bypassing the root categories by pagination with ?limit=100 and combining the output of the internal search for 18 different requests.
Result
Both methods yielded the same set of identifiers: 300 products in 40 categories, 0% discrepancy between methods. In the same way, we check the panel with the accounting system - two independent ways to the same number. There are no business indicators in this case and there will not be: no measurement system is installed on the site, so traffic, orders and conversion cannot be taken from anywhere. Measurement 01.08.2026.
What's included
Complete list of work and what you get as a result
We derive five to seven indicators from your decisions - the panel answers specific questions, and does not show everything that the connectors reached
We connect sources with native Looker Studio connectors (GA4, Google Ads, Search Console) — numbers are updated without your participation
We summarize the definitions in one dictionary: what we consider to be an order, an application, a qualified application — so that two sources do not count different things under the same name
We make a comparison with the previous period and with the same period last year - we can see the movement, and not one figure without context
We break down costs and results by channels and campaigns in one table — it becomes clear where to transfer the budget
We make separate pages for different readers: short for the owner, detailed for the marketer
We mark directly on the panel the indicators that are calculated approximately or are wound by hand - so that no one perceives a manual number as an automatic one
We send the report according to the schedule in the mail - on Monday and the first day, without reminders from your side
We give a short comment from a person to the monthly report: what was changed, what worked, what didn't, what we are doing next
We compare the panel with your accounting system in the first months and record what discrepancy is normal for you
We provide access and brief instructions on how to change the period, filter, and mailing schedule yourself
When this service isn't right
What's not included — so there are no surprises at delivery
Fixing data sources is a separate job with a separate estimate

Checking sources
2-4 working days
Let's see what counters are standing, whether they are alive, whether there are no duplicate streams, what CRM can provide. The output is a list of sources with a suitability assessment. This part is free and is not included in the build time.
2
Indicators and glossary of definitions
1-2 working days
We derive five to seven numbers from your decisions and record in writing what we consider to be an order, an application and a qualified application. It is this document that then prevents the two systems from arguing.
3
Connection of sources
1-6 working days
Native connectors to analytics, advertising cabinets and search console; for the rest - an intermediate table with a stable structure. Here we decide what will remain manual and mark it on the future panel.
4
Assembly of the panel
1-4 working days
Main page for the owner, detailed for the marketer, comparison of periods, distribution of costs by channels. We check how much the panel thinks about the real volume of data: a page that loads for ten seconds is not read.
5
Reconciliation and transmission
1-3 working days
We put the column of the panel and the column of your accounting system side by side for one period, fix the discrepancy in percentages and agree on what is considered normal. Next is the mailing schedule, accesses, brief instructions.
Free source verification for reporting
A dashboard is only as good as the data underneath it. Before we draw graphs, we check whether each source can be trusted - otherwise we will end up with a beautiful page with lies.
What we measure
Analytics statusOf the 33 sites we measured, six had no counter at all, four had Universal Analytics disabled since July 2023, and one had a tag container not loading due to an error in the snippet. It is not possible to build a report on such data.
Duplication and discrepancies between sourcesTwo streams of analytics at the same time, conversions counted twice, different order definitions in different systems - all this is visible before the assembly of the panel.
What metrics are you actually using? No one reads a panel of thirty graphs. We find out which five to seven numbers influence your decisions.
Availability of sources for automatic readingCRM and the accounting system can provide data on integration, downloads or not at all. It depends on whether the report will be automatic or semi-manual.
The frequency you needDaily numbers on a monthly deal cycle create noise and stir up commotion. Weekly and monthly slices are often more useful.
Who will read the report? The owner and the marketer need different pages. One panel for two usually does not suit anyone.
What you get
List of sources with assessment of suitability for reporting.
An agreed set of metrics that really influence decisions.
A description of what will be automatic and what will have to be filled in manually.
Conversation for 40 minutes on the document.
Timeline: 2-4 working days
Why is it free
Because a panel based on faulty data is more expensive than its absence: decisions are made confidently and incorrectly.
What's next
We give an estimate for bringing the sources to order separately and for the assembly of the panel separately.
Short form: your contact and site URL
Contract, act and 30-day warranty
Every project gets a written contract: scope, deadlines, amount, acceptance procedure. After delivery — act and invoice, then 30 calendar days of warranty.
Sole proprietor & bank transfer
The contractor is a registered sole proprietor. Payment by invoice with closing documents.
Rights & access — yours
Code, design and materials transfer to you after full payment. Domain, hosting, repository and analytics are registered to you.
Client portal instead of email chains
During the project you get access to a portal: contracts, invoices, acts and project status in one place.
European clients
Among our work — projects for Norway, Bulgaria, Moldova and Spain.
Verifiable numbers
Every case in the portfolio comes with a link to a live site and a technical measurement.
Audit first, then pricing
There is no price list on the site intentionally: the scope of the same work differs multiples between clients.
We say "no" when unsure
If the task isn't ours or the deadline is unrealistic — we tell you upfront.
Did not find your case?
Describe how it works on your side — we will tell you whether “Reports for the owner” fits and what it means in your situation. No brief and no call: one question, one answer.
What affects the price
Why two seemingly identical tasks are priced differently
Number of sourcesAnalytics plus one advertising cabinet is several days of work. Each subsequent source adds not only a connection, but also a reconciliation with the rest: it has its own period, its own currency, and its own idea of what a conversion is.
State of sourcesLive GA4 and configured events are read at once. A dead counter, two streams at the same time, or events with different names mean that most of the work will not go to the panel, but to bring the sources to order. This is a separate line of the estimate, not a hidden part of reporting.
What a CRM or accounting system can provideAn API or regular download is an automatic source. There is neither one nor the other - there remains an intermediate table that someone fills in by hand. There are few box connectors for Ukrainian CRMs, so this item drives the volume of work more often than all advertising offices together.
Number of readers and pagesOne page for the owner comes together quickly. The second, for the marketer, is not copy with smaller print, but a different set of cuts and filters.
Depth of historyThe launch date panel is the simplest case. Transferring two years of history from a system being shut down is a separate job and must be done BEFORE the shutdown.
Offline channels and callsApplications from the site are read by themselves. Calls get into the report only through call tracking, which knows how to give data to the outside, and purchases at the point - only if they are recorded somewhere. There is no fixation - the panel will show an honest gap, not a grade.
Technologies & integrations
What we build on and what it connects to
Stack
Looker Studio - native connectors to GA4, Ads and Search Console, access by link. Limitations: on difficult samples, he thinks for a few seconds
GA4 — behavior on the site. Blockers, consent mode and cookie limits eat up some of the events: it's a trend, not a box office
Google Ads and Meta Ads — we take costs as they are, each has its own enrollment window; their conversions do not add up to the same amount
Search Console is a one-stop source for organics. The data comes with a delay of two or three days and not for every request
Google Sheets is a source where there is no connector. The price of this is the person who updates the file every month
A connector to CRM is where there is an API or offload. There are few of them for Ukrainian CRM, some of the communication is conducted through the table
Mailing schedule — PDF to the mail on the right day; you won't change the filters in the file, so the sheet doesn't replace the panel

Consolidated panel against reports inside offices
How this option differs from the alternative
Reports in each office + table by handOur approach
Definition of the indicatoreach office has its own, and they coincide by chanceone for all sources, recorded in the dictionary and signed on the panel
Collection of a monthly slicemanual compilation every month, and each copying error lives on in the archiveupdates itself, a person spends time commenting, not copying
Comparison of channels among themselvescomparison of tabs where periods and enrollment models are differentexpenses and result in one table for one period
Discrepancy with the accounting systemappears at the moment of the dispute, when the numbers have already gone into the decisionstands in a separate column and is measured as a percentage
Manual datalook the same as automatic onesmarked on the panel as manual
What we need from you
We can't start without this — best to prepare in advance
1Read access to all systems included in the report: analytics, advertising cabinets, search console, CRM. We do not need modification rights.
2A list of the decisions you make based on the data — metrics are derived from them. "I want to see everything" is not an indicator.
3Definition of key concepts: what is an order for you, what is an application, what is a qualified request.
4The way to get the data from the accounting system, if it is to be in the report: API, regular download, or at least a table of a permanent structure.
5The frequency with which you will actually view the report and the list of people who will read it besides you.
6One person from your side with the right to say "yes" on a set of indicators.
If something is missing — let us know, we'll help you gather it or do it as a separate task.
FAQ
Most frequently asked questions — with concrete answers
Why a separate panel, if the reports are in every cabinet?
Because every office has its own truth. The advertising system counts conversions in its window, analytics — by the last source, CRM — by deals. The panel does not hide these discrepancies, but puts them side by side and signs where each number came from. Its main value is not in the graphs, but in the common coordinate system: the conversation with the contractor ceases to start with a dispute about whose data is correct.
How many indicators should be in the report?
Five to seven on the main page. No one reads a panel of thirty graphs - in a month it becomes a bookmark that is not opened. We derive indicators from your decisions: if the number does not affect anything, it goes to the second page or does not enter the report at all. Reducing the panel later is more difficult than adding: cleaning up the graphics always feels like a waste.
Why do the numbers in the panel not match the advertising cabinet?
Due to different models of counting conversions and different windows. A discrepancy of one and a half times is working, and times is a reason to look for a technical defect. We show both numbers side by side and sign each, instead of choosing the more convenient one. Separately, we put the column of your accounting system as a support: it is the one closest to the money, and it makes sense to compare the rest with it.
Can the report be fully automated?
Part of it is yes, part of it is almost never. Analytics, advertising cabinets and search console are read by native connectors. CRM and accounting system - depending on what they can provide: API, regular download or nothing. If a piece of data has to be entered by hand, we mark it right on the panel. A manual number that looks like it's automatic is the most expensive reporting error.
Will the calls be included in the report?
Only if there is call tracking and it knows how to give data to the outside. At a B2B supplier of equipment for chocolate production, we saw exactly this picture: GA4 and Binotel call tracking are connected, calls are tracked inside the system, but numbers are not visible from the outside - access to the service itself is required. Without call tracking, the "phone" channel in the report will be an empty line, and it is fairer to show an empty line than an eye estimate.
How often to view the report?
Once a week for operational decisions and once a month for conclusions. Daily review with a monthly deal cycle creates noise: you react to random fluctuations and change things that did not have time to produce results. We put the periodicity under your sales cycle, not the habit of looking every morning.
Will the report replace the conversation with the contractor?
No, and we don't pretend to replace it. The panel shows what happened, but doesn't explain why. Therefore, the monthly report includes a short comment from a person: what was changed, what worked, what didn't, and what we are doing next. An automatic report without comment is a set of graphs that everyone reads for their own benefit.
We have data in different places and half in tables. Is it realistic to build?
Realistically, if the tables are maintained regularly and according to the same structure, the intermediate table is a normal source, and we often start with it. The other is unrealistic: to summarize data that does not exist. In the store of irrigation systems from our portfolio, there will be no business indicators in the report at all, because there is no counter installed on the site - traffic and orders can be taken from nowhere. If the channel is not fixed anywhere, we mark the gap instead of filling it with an estimate.
Will I have to pay for some services separately?
The panel itself in Looker Studio is free, as are the connectors to Google products. Connectors to third-party systems and storage are paid if the volume exceeds direct connections. In such cases, the subscription is issued to you, not to us, so that access remains yours at any schedule. Where the problem is covered by an intermediate table, we bypass it.
Give read access - let's say what you can collect a report from in general.
Source verification is free and takes 2-4 business days. The output is a list of systems with an assessment of suitability, an agreed set of indicators and an honest description of what will have to be filled in by hand. The document remains with you in any case.
From measured casesThe technical part is in order: 1,992 addresses in the site map without a single duplicate
There is no price list on the site on purpose: the same work differs several times over between two clients, and a “from” figure explains nothing in that case. First a free audit — we count your pages, duplicates and speed — then we name the sum and the deadline and fix both in the contract.
