End-to-end analytics for business is the connection between an ad click and a line in CRM that records how the deal ended. It answers one question: which channel brings money, and which one - applications that do not reach payment. We build the chain from the bottom up: saving the source, transferring the label to the client's card, returning transaction statuses to advertising accounts, a report with the value of the transaction by channel. We call the limit right away: on 07/31/2026, we removed a technical section from 33 live sites, and call tracking stood on exactly two — the phone still remains the biggest blind spot.

End-to-end analytics does not start with a dashboard, but with the question: is it even possible to find out from which source a particular customer came. Analysis answers exactly that - and often the answer turns out to be unpleasant.
What we measure
Whether the source of the appeal is preservedThe campaign label must travel from the click to the card in the CRM. Most often, it gets lost on the very first form — or on a redirect that truncates the link parameters.
The state of accounting of appealsCRM, table, mail. If the appeals live in the mail, you can only link them to the ad manually and roughly.
Are the statuses of agreements fixed?Qualified, in operation, sale, rejection. Without statuses, you will see applications, but not money.
Calls and offline requestsCall tracking or at least the division of numbers by channels. Of the 33 sites we measured on 07/31/2026, calltracking stood on two — this is the exception, not the rule.
Status of basic analyticsOf those same 33 sites, six had no counter at all, and a few still had Universal Analytics, turned off on July 1, 2023. It is impossible to build end-to-end analytics where there is not even a basic one - this is the first step, not the last.
The length of the deal cycleIt depends on whether you invest in the window for importing offline conversions in Google Ads. This is visible even before the start of work and changes the structure.
Who fills in the data and whenThe best scheme breaks down against a person who does not have time to set a status. This should be taken into account in the design, and not hope for discipline.
What you get
The diagram of the current chain with the marking of gaps.
A list of what needs to be adjusted in each system.
A realistic assessment: what will be connected automatically, and what will remain approximate.
Conversation for 45 minutes on the document.
Timeline: 3-5 working days
Why is it free
Because end-to-end analytics is the service that is the easiest to sell and the hardest to do honestly. The breakdown shows both sides before you pay.
What's next
We provide an estimate in stages: saving the source, transferring it to CRM, returning statuses, reporting. Each stage has its own value.
Short form: your contact and site URL
Contract, act and 30-day warranty
Every project gets a written contract: scope, deadlines, amount, acceptance procedure. After delivery — act and invoice, then 30 calendar days of warranty.
Sole proprietor & bank transfer
The contractor is a registered sole proprietor. Payment by invoice with closing documents.
Rights & access — yours
Code, design and materials transfer to you after full payment. Domain, hosting, repository and analytics are registered to you.
Client portal instead of email chains
During the project you get access to a portal: contracts, invoices, acts and project status in one place.
European clients
Among our work — projects for Norway, Bulgaria, Moldova and Spain.
Verifiable numbers
Every case in the portfolio comes with a link to a live site and a technical measurement.
Audit first, then pricing
There is no price list on the site intentionally: the scope of the same work differs multiples between clients.
We say "no" when unsure
If the task isn't ours or the deadline is unrealistic — we tell you upfront.
What affects the price
Why two seemingly identical tasks are priced differently
CRM statusIf CRM accepts an arbitrary field and returns statuses via API, work is measured in weeks. If the appeals live in mail and tables, first you need to build accounting — this is another task with a different estimate, and we talk about it during the debriefing, and not in the middle of the project.
The number of channels and officesOne Google Ads and one site is a short chain. Search, Meta, Marketplace, Mail, and Offline are five different ways to tag a source, and each must be reduced to a single tagging scheme.
CallsCall tracking with number swapping is a separate subscription and separate setup, but the call receives a campaign. A simplified version with several numbers for channels is cheaper, but does not give details deeper than a channel at all.
The length of the funnelThree statuses or fifteen — the difference is in mapping and what exactly to advertise as a conversion. The long cycle adds a separate complication: the click ID import window is limited to 90 days.
Status of basic analyticsLive GA4 and a working tag manager - half the work is done. A dead counter or its absence means that the base measurement is set first, and this is a separate stage with its own deadline.
Number of entry pointsOne site — one set of forms. The site, separate landing pages for campaigns, and the showcase on the marketplace are three different sources of applications that must be combined into one customer card without duplicates.
Who it's for
Situations where this service delivers results
Scenario 1 of 5
There are several channels, but one reporting figure - "applications"
Search, Meta, mailing, and organic all merge into one meter, and the budget decision is made by gut feeling. After integration with CRM, the picture is usually reversed: the channel with the cheapest application often turns out to be the most expensive for the deal, because its appeals are massively rejected even at the qualification stage.
We'll review your situation in a free audit
Scenario 2 of 5
The sale is closed with a call or in the messenger
A classic B2B situation: the site gives a number, then everything happens outside of analytics. Without call tracking, the call is anonymous by design. At the B2B equipment supplier we measured, call tracking did stand next to GA4 — two cases out of 33, so we analyze the phone channel in a separate step.
Scenario 3 of 5
The transaction cycle is longer than a month
Advertising is evaluated by applications, because sales come later and no one associates them with the campaign. Here end-to-end analytics gives the most - and here it has a hard limitation: Google Ads accepts offline conversion only within 90 days of the click, so for deals that mature for six months, the scheme has to be built differently.
Scenario 4 of 5
Advertising is run by a contractor, and reporting is based on clicks and impressions
There are no complaints about the report, the only question is: how much money did it bring. When the source reaches CRM, the conversation goes from "CTR increased" to "deals from this channel in the quarter so-and-so". It's not about controlling the contractor, it's about a shared coordinate system — a good contractor benefits from it.
Scenario 5 of 5
Appeals come from the site, marketplace and offline at the same time
Three different ways to mark the source and three different ways to account. You can combine them into one card, but part of the offline appeals will remain with the mark "source unknown" - and this should be a separate line in the report, and not spread across channels.
What's included
Complete list of work and what you get as a result
Saving the campaign label and click ID from the transition to the submission of the form - the source is no longer lost at the very first step
Transferring the source to CRM as a separate field together with the application - the manager does not enter it by hand, and you get a slice by channels
Linking calls to sources through call tracking with number substitution — phone calls are no longer anonymous
CRM deal statuses returned to Google Ads and Meta as offline conversions - campaigns learn from sales, not leads
Deal value report by channel and campaign - you can see which channel is worth more than the revenue it brings
Taking into account refusals, returns and untargeted appeals in the end - the average value of the transaction ceases to be over-optimistic
Separation of two different figures in reporting: applications separately, deals separately - so that they are not mixed into one "conversion"
Written regulations: who, when and which fields are filled in - the construction is going through the manager's vacation
Dashboard with summary indicators for the owner - without the need to enter four different offices
Reconciliation of data convergence once a month in the first three months — discrepancies are caught while they can still be explained

Total duration:10–35 days
1
Analysis of the chain and scheme
2-4 working days
Let's see where exactly the source is lost: form, redirect, built-in widget, call. We draw a diagram of the current state with the marking of gaps and agree on which of them we close in this project and which we consciously leave.
2
Labels and source retention
1-3 working days
A single label scheme for all channels, saving the click ID and the first source on the browser side, hidden fields in forms. The cheapest stage and at the same time the one without which the rest does not make sense.
3
Source in CRM
2-7 working days
We set up the fields in the card, connect the forms, send test applications from each channel separately and check what has arrived. The longest stage is when the CRM is self-written or the forms are through a third-party service with its own redirect.
4
Calls and offline requests
1-4 working days
Call tracking with number swapping or channeling numbers - depending on how much the phone actually weighs in your sales. Here is the rule, how the manager records an appeal that did not come from the site.
5
Offline conversions back to advertising
2-7 working days
We configure the uploading of transaction statuses to advertising accounts and agree on which status to consider as a conversion and what value to assign to it - what the algorithm learns depends on this. Practice recommendation: set "untargeted appeal" as a separate status from "refusal". Otherwise, garbage will go into advertising, and campaigns will diligently look for exactly such applications.
6
Report and regulations
1-5 working days
The panel with the value of the deal by channel, with the separation of bids and deals, with rejections and returns in a separate line. Nearby is a two-page written regulation for filling in the fields, which is read by the manager, not the administrator.
7
Convergence check
1-5 working days
For the first three months, once a month we compare the number of appeals in CRM, in analytics and in advertising offices. The difference within a tenth between the sources is the working condition; more — we are looking for exactly where the transmission breaks.

Cases
Tasks and results in numbers — all metrics measured by us
B2B supplier of professional equipment is our technical dimension of the current site
Task
Check whether the B2B site has a chance to tie a call to an ad: deals there start over the phone.
Solution
Read the page markup: what counters are there and whether there is call tracking.
Result
Tag manager GTM-M7CKXDQ6, GA4 G-W9CKH5TZ2Z and Binotel calltracking stand together - the call here has a chance to source and is one of only two such cases among the 33 sites measured. Catalog of 106 items in two languages, first response 351.4 ms. An honest measurement limit: how many calls there were and how they ended, is not visible from the outside. Measured on 07/31/2026.
wholesale building materials store — our technical dimension of the current site
Task
Understand what the directory is based on and whether the data sources can be trusted.
Solution
We went through the pagination of the built-in search, removed the payload of analytics events, looked at the site map.
Result
The catalog of 3,145 products was counted precisely by analytics events — 31 pages of 100 plus 45, by unique ids in the payload view_item_list — because /sitemap.xml returns HTTP 200 with a body of zero bytes. Measuring circuit complete: GTM-KLKK299, GA4 G-DR6CCN9R5B, remarketing AW-10933820071. Analytics turned out to be a more accurate source about a site than its own map. Measured on 07/31/2026.
The B2B catalog of spare parts for industrial sewing machines is our technical dimension of the current site
Task
Find out if there is a base on which you can build a connection between advertising and sales.
Solution
The connected counters were disassembled by identifiers and the site map was compared.
Result
The markup still has gtag('config','UA-133384797-1') — Universal Analytics, which Google disabled on July 1, 2023; there is no GA4 property at all. The meter appears to be working, data has not been collected for three years. The rest of the directory is tidy: 1,992 addresses in the sitemap without a single duplicate. End-to-end analytics cannot be sold here until there is a basic one. Measured on 07/31/2026.
automatic irrigation system store — our technical dimension of the current site
Task
Get site business indicators: traffic and conversion.
Solution
Walked through the directory using two independent methods and searched for any measurement tags.
Result
The catalog of 300 products is confirmed by two methods with a discrepancy of 0%, the first response of the main 235 ms — the site is technically alive. Business metrics do not exist: There is no measurement tag in HTML. Traffic and conversion cannot be obtained here either from the outside or from the inside, and while this is the case, the conversation about payback is pointless. Measurement 01.08.2026.
Technologies & integrations
What we build on and what it connects to
Stack
Campaign labels and click ID (gclid, fbclid) are the only things that physically link a click to a visit; die on a redirect that truncates parameters
Google Tag Manager - source transfer is collected here; the published version of the container is not the one in the view
GA4 is a second independent look at traffic; shows the trend, not the box office: consent and blockers eat part of the events
CRM is the only place where an appeal becomes a deal; with manual filling, accuracy rests on discipline
Call tracking with number change — gives a call campaign; separate subscription, and the number pool size limits visitors
Import of offline conversions in Google Ads - returns the status of the agreement in training campaigns; within 90 days of the click
Conversions API in Meta - events from the server bypass blockers; deduplication is set manually, otherwise conversions are doubled
Looker Studio — summary into a panel; a showcase over sources, not a replacement for them

End-to-end analytics against reports inside the ad cabinet
How this option differs from the alternative
Advertising cabinet and GA4 reports separatelyOur approach
What is considered a resultconversion on the website: application, click on the number, sometimes just scrollstatus deal with CRM
Callsare counted as a click on the number, without connection with a further agreementbound to the source by coltracking if it is connected
Cancellations and returnsare not taken into account in any way: the cabinet does not know that the agreement fell apartare deducted from the total in a separate line
What the algorithm learnsapplication — that is, he is looking for the cheapest application, not a buyerof deals that bounced back with offline conversions
The price of errorthe error is not visible at all, because there is nothing to compare it withconfused mapping of statuses — and the campaign learns from garbage
What we need from you
We can't start without this — best to prepare in advance
1Access to CRM with rights to customize fields and upload.
2Access the site or tag manager.
3Access to advertising accounts and GA4.
4Description of the sales funnel: what statuses exist and what each of them means in practice.
5The readiness of the team to fill in the statuses — without this, the design does not work.
6A solution for call tracking if the phone is an essential channel.
7One person on your side who will answer what is considered a deal and at what point it becomes money.

FAQ
Most frequently asked questions — with concrete answers
Where does end-to-end analytics begin?
From saving the source, not from the dashboard. If the campaign label doesn't make it from the click to the card in CRM, any pretty dashboard will show fictional numbers. We build the chain from the bottom up: source, appeal, status, money. Each stage has an independent value, so you can stop at any one - and it will not spoil what was done before.
Is it possible to link advertising with sales exactly?
Absolutely not, and it is fairer to say so at the beginning. Some people come from several sources, some call from someone else's phone, some leave no trace at all. A realistic goal is a defined source for most appeals and a clear order of values by channel. Whoever promises accuracy to one client is either selling or has not tried.
Why return deal statuses to ads?
So that campaigns learn from deals, not from applications. Without it, the system looks for the cheapest hits and finds them — mostly from non-buyers. Transferring offline conversions changes the learning signal, and in the long run it's more important than any ad edits. There is only one condition: the statuses must be separated by content, otherwise the algorithm will receive mixed data and become worse than it was.
We have a deal cycle of six months. Will this break import conversions?
It will partially break, and this should be known before the start. Google Ads accepts an offline conversion based on the click ID only within 90 days of the click itself: a deal closed in the seventh month will no longer be included in the training campaign. The workaround is to pass the intermediate status that occurs inside the window (such as qualification or billed) and give it a value proportional to the proportion of such transactions that reach payment. At the same time, we still count the final money in the report - just not through the advertising office.
We don't have a CRM. Is it possible to use a table?
At the start, it is possible if the source and status enter the table. This works up to a certain volume of applications, and then falls apart: manual filling lags behind, and the data loses meaning. We honestly say when a table is enough and when it's time to talk about CRM — and we don't sell the second while the first works.
What to do with calls?
Call tracking with number change is the only way to tie a call to a campaign. A simplified version — separate numbers for the main channels, without further detailing. How rare it is: Of the 33 sites we measured on July 31, 2026, call tracking stood on two, both B2B, where most transactions start over the phone. The rest of the projects have a significant telephone channel and zero data about it.
How does this differ from a simply tuned GA4?
GA4 ends on site. He will show that there were 40 bids from the campaign and not know that 32 of them were untargeted and two resulted in a one-year contract. End-to-end analytics completes the second half of the journey—from application to deal status and amount—and feeds that signal back into advertising. At the same time, GA4 is not going anywhere: it remains the second source for reconciliation, and it is the difference between it and CRM that most often indicates where the transmission breaks down.
How long until the first useful reports?
The technical part — from two weeks, useful conclusions — after the full cycle of the deal plus a month of data. If your cycle is two months, the first meaningful numbers will be in about three. We say this at the beginning, because waiting for a payback panel for the second week is the main reason for disappointment with this service.
Who supports this system anymore?
Your team, according to the regulations that we write together with the implementation. The most common reason for the death of end-to-end analytics is not a technical failure, but the fact that managers stopped setting statuses. Therefore, we lay down a minimum of manual actions and check the convergence of data once a month in the first three months, until the habit is established.
Write which CRM you have and from which channels appeals come.
The answer is a diagram of your chain with the marking of breaks and a list of what will have to be adjusted in each system. Analysis is free, the document remains with you regardless of whether we continue to work or not.
From measured casesThe catalog of 3,145 products was counted precisely by analytics events
There is no price list on the site on purpose: the same work differs several times over between two clients, and a “from” figure explains nothing in that case. First a free audit — we count your pages, duplicates and speed — then we name the sum and the deadline and fix both in the contract.
