Corporate website development is about structure, design, build and measurement: a site that explains what the company does and leads the visitor to the application. We do it on two platforms — Next.js or WordPress with a designer; the choice depends on who will lead the content after the launch, and is fixed in the TOR before the start. The term is 20–40 working days from the approved task. There is no price per page on purpose: a site with eight pages and a site with eighty are calculated differently, so first a free audit with measurements, then an estimate by stages.

Who it's for
Situations where this service delivers results
Scenario 1 of 4
The company has grown, and the site remains from the time when there were three of you
There are five directions, a dozen services, and the website has an "About Us" page and a phone number. The visitor can't see if you're doing exactly what he came for and goes to check out a competitor. The work begins with the structure: what sections exist, what is linked from, on which page the person clicks the button. Design comes after that, not the other way around.
We'll review your situation in a free audit
Scenario 2 of 4
Products are searched for by characteristics, but there is no page with characteristics
The designer looks for the thickness, flammability class or performance of the line — and ends up on the dealer's website, because he has these parameters listed, and you have them in the PDF catalog. On the site of the panel manufacturer we measured, each position has its own address, and all 164 addresses are exactly the same number of unique ones. This is a decision about the structure made before the design.
Scenario 3 of 4
Decisions are made not by one person, but by three
In B2B, the site is read sequentially: the manager is looking for terms of delivery, the technologist is looking for specifications, the accountant is looking for details and a form of payment. If one of them has nothing to show, the deal stops at the "drop link" stage. Here, the site works as a joint document for internal coordination, and not as a company presentation.
Scenario 4 of 4
Applications are coming, but from where - no one knows
There is a form, there is an appeal, but what exactly brings them - a search, an advertisement or a business card from an exhibition - is unknown. We put GTM and GA4 with the form submission event before the launch, and not six months after the "no applications" complaints. From the first month, you have at least some basis for deciding where to invest your money.
What's included
Complete list of work and what you get as a result
The structure of the site before the design: sections, depth, scheme of internal links - so that the third-level page has somewhere to get the visitor
Design for your brand: main, typical internal, service or product card, contacts - layouts that will not be disputed later
Adaptive layout for phone, tablet and desktop: we fix the target weight of the page in the TOR and measure it at the reception
Company, service or product, team, and contact sections with map and graphics—what humans read and what search reads
An application form with sending to the post office and CRM, antispam and visible confirmation — so that the application does not get lost between the manager and the post office
Technical SEO: CNC, canonical, unique title and description on each page, site map without duplicates
JSON-LD micro-markup: Organization, ContactPoint, PostalAddress, BreadcrumbList — so that the search gets facts about the company, not guesswork
Analytics: GTM and GA4 with form submission event — conversion is measured from the first day of site operation
301-redirects one-to-one from the old addresses, if the site replaces the existing one: the map of the old addresses is compiled before the move
Transfer: accesses, written instructions for your processes, going through the administration with the responsible person
Terms: 50% down payment, two rounds of design edits, 30 calendar day warranty after acceptance

Copywriting of all site texts - we write basic ones, complete content plan separately
Professional photography of the office, products and team
Post-launch promotion and advertising
Hosting, domain and mailboxes on the domain
Legal texts: privacy policy, terms of use, offer
Free audit before naming the amount
If you already have a site, we measure it. If you don't have a site yet, we'll analyze the structure you want to get and show where it has extra pages and where there's a hole. In both cases, the output is a document with numbers, not an eye assessment.
What we measure
How many pages the search actually seesWe count the addresses in the site map and check with what is on the menu. In the manufacturer's website we measured, there were 164 addresses and not a single duplicate; on another sampling project — 33,493 records for 8,690 real addresses.
Document return speedFirst server response and full HTML loading on the main page and on the heaviest internal page. Among the 16 sites we measured, the range was from 220.6ms to 1,544.6ms — and it's almost always a matter of page weight, not hosting.
Structured company dataDoes the site give the Organization, ContactPoint, address and working hours. The measured corporate consulting site had zero JSON-LD blocks: the search did not retrieve any structured facts about the company.
Analytics and formsIs the counter standing, is it alive and is the submission of the form even registered as an event. Three sites from our sample did not have a counter at all, and two more had Universal Analytics, which has been disabled since July 1, 2023.
Language versionsAre all the declared languages in the sitemap and is hreflang not contradicting itself? This is the most common hidden loss: the pages exist and the search sees only one branch.
What you get
Document with measurements: how many addresses, how many of them are unique, first server response, HTML weight, list of defects found.
The diagram of the structure of the future site: sections, depth, what is linked from what.
An estimate of the amount of work by stages — what the amount consists of and what can be removed without loss.
A conversation for 30–40 minutes, where we go through the document point by point.
Timeline: 2-4 working days from the moment we receive the site address or draft structure
Why is it free
Because the audit takes us two to four days, and an error in the assessment costs both parties months. The document is yours regardless of whether we work together or not.
What's next
After the audit, we give an estimate with a breakdown by stages and calendar dates. If the numbers show that you don't need a new site right now and it's enough to improve the existing one, we'll say so.
Short form: your contact and site URL
Contract, act and 30-day warranty
Every project gets a written contract: scope, deadlines, amount, acceptance procedure. After delivery — act and invoice, then 30 calendar days of warranty.
Sole proprietor & bank transfer
The contractor is a registered sole proprietor. Payment by invoice with closing documents.
Rights & access — yours
Code, design and materials transfer to you after full payment. Domain, hosting, repository and analytics are registered to you.
Client portal instead of email chains
During the project you get access to a portal: contracts, invoices, acts and project status in one place.
European clients
Among our work — projects for Norway, Bulgaria, Moldova and Spain.
Verifiable numbers
Every case in the portfolio comes with a link to a live site and a technical measurement.
Audit first, then pricing
There is no price list on the site intentionally: the scope of the same work differs multiples between clients.
We say "no" when unsure
If the task isn't ours or the deadline is unrealistic — we tell you upfront.
What affects the price
Why two seemingly identical tasks are priced differently
Number of pages and depth of structureEight pages and eighty differ not in layout, but in structure: at the third level of nesting, it is necessary to decide where the link leads to the page and who will find it in general. This is the difference between a week and a month of work.
Language versionsA second language multiplies not only translation, but also further support: each new page is published twice. A fair boundary: translation is a showcase, not a market entry; without local payment, delivery and support, it opens nothing by itself.
Content statusReady-made texts and photos from 1,200 px on the long side - and filling takes days. The characteristics that are in the PDF catalog with a picture are transferred to the fields by hand, and this is a separate line of the estimate with a separate term.
IntegrationThe form in the post office - an hour of work. Application transfer to CRM with field mapping, call tracking, chat, map - each has its own side: access keys are issued to you, not to the contractor, and waiting for them is sometimes longer than connecting.
Moving from the old siteIf the new site replaces an existing one, a map of the old addresses and one-to-one 301 redirects are added. The volume depends on how many addresses the old site actually has: in our measurements, there were both 164 and 8,690.
Pace of approvals on your partThe term is calculated from the approved TOR, but inside each stage is waiting for a "yes". The answer for the working day keeps the plan; a week of silence moves the due date back by exactly one week, and that's arithmetic, not a claim.
Process steps
Transparent stages with approval at every step
Total duration:20–40 days
1
Brief and terms of reference
3-5 working days
We analyze the directions, the audience and what a person should do on the site. We fix the platform, the list of sections and the date by which we need content from you.
2
Structure and prototype
2-4 working days
Section tree, depth, internal linking scheme, key page drafts without graphics. It is expensive to redo it after typesetting, so we agree here.
3
Design
5-9 business days
Main, typical internal, service or product card, contacts. Here we fix the target weight of the page: in our sample, HTML weighed from 102.1 to 528 KB.
4
Layout and assembly
6-12 working days
Adaptable for three types of screens, forms with sending to mail and CRM, roles in the admin, service pages. Assembling on the platform that was recorded in the technical specifications.
5
Filling, markup, analytics
2-6 working days
Texts and photos on pages, JSON-LD about the company and contacts, CNC and canonical, site map, GTM and GA4 with form event, redirects from old addresses.
6
Testing, measurements, transmission
2-4 working days
Passing forms and pages, measuring the first response of the server and the weight of HTML, comparing the site map, passing the administration with your person, transferring accesses and instructions.

Technologies & integrations
What we build on and what it connects to
Stack
Next.js — when the content rarely changes, and the return of the document is important: in our measurements, 254 ms at 102.1 KB. Restrictions: text edits go through the developer
WordPress + Bricks Builder - when pages and news are maintained by your marketer. Limitations: the core and plugins must be updated, an abandoned site breaks by itself
React and TypeScript - typing catches the error before the assembly, not on the live page
Tailwind CSS — styles do not creep between pages when editing
PostgreSQL — when the site has forms, a cabinet or a directory with parameters
nginx + HTTP/2
HTTPS + HSTS. Limitation: the certificate encrypts the channel and does not make the site secure - this is a separate work
Cloudflare is a cache and filtering of junk traffic

Tasks and results in numbers — all metrics measured by us
Ukrainian manufacturer of non-combustible wall panels
Task
So that the designer and the customer can find product characteristics from the tender without calling the manager.
Solution
Corporate site on Next.js: product catalog with parameters, calculator, structured data about the organization — address, country, contacts, internal search. Service sections are closed in robots.txt.
Result
164 addresses in the site map, all 164 unique - zero duplicates. First server response 244 ms on main and 208 ms on product catalog, full HTML download 429 ms at 528 KB. Eight JSON-LD types: Organization, PostalAddress, Country, QuantitativeValue, SearchAction, WebSite, ImageObject, EntryPoint. Our measure, 01.08.2026.
consulting company in the field of business structuring and attracting financing
Task
Explain the four areas of service, show the team and process and lead the visitor to the application.
Solution
One-page site on Next.js: audience, services, process and team sections, application form, anchor navigation, GA4 connected.
Result
254 ms to the first byte and 342.6 ms to the full document at 102.1 KB of HTML, the lightest page and second fastest response among the 16 sites measured. GA4 is connected and collecting data, which is rather an exception in our sample. Defects found: robots.txt points to a sitemap that returns 404 and zero JSON-LD blocks - the search does not get structured facts about the company itself. We deliberately do not provide the client's business figures: this is not our result. Measured on 07/31/2026.
B2B supplier of professional equipment for chocolate production
Task
Show a catalog of equipment with characteristics in two languages and collect requests for calculation - such equipment is not bought in one click.
Solution
A catalog site with a calculation request form, separate item pages and content sections in two language versions. The site map is an index of four files; connected GTM, GA4 and coltracking.
Result
230 addresses in the site map: 106 equipment items and 9 content pages in each of the two language versions. First server response 351.4ms, full HTML load 490.4ms with 297.6KB of markup. The six calculation methods on the terms page are the widest set in the sample. Call tracking is connected, but calls from the outside are not checked, so we do not provide numbers for them. Discrepancy: in the project card, the stack is specified as WordPress, in fact, the site uses Shop-Express CMS 8x. Measured on 07/31/2026.
What we need from you
We can't start without this — best to prepare in advance
1A list of sections that should definitely be on the site, and an example of two or three sites that you like, with an explanation of what exactly.
2Vector logo and corporate colors, if the brand book already exists.
3Texts about the company, services or products - at least in draft form; on their basis, we make a clean sheet.
4Photo of the office, production or team from 1,200 px on the long side.
5Details, address, work schedule and phone numbers — they go both in text and in structured markup.
6One person on your side with the right to approve the structure and layouts.
If something is missing — let us know, we'll help you gather it or do it as a separate task.
FAQ
Most frequently asked questions — with concrete answers
How does a corporate site differ from a business card site?
Scope and task. A business card answers "who you are and how to contact" and lives on one to five pages. Corporate adds services or products, cases, vacancies, news — and should lead to an application, not just present. The difference in structure: without a well-thought-out scheme of internal links, the third-level page is not seen by either the search or the visitor. One page is also the right solution - in the HTML consulting site we measured, there is only one internal link and five anchors, and this is enough for four areas of services.
What do you use — Next.js or WordPress?
The question is not speed, but who will lead the content after the launch. Next.js renders a light document: in our measurements it is 254 ms at 102.1 KB and 244 ms at 528 KB, but every text edit goes through the developer. WordPress with the Bricks builder allows the marketer to add a page or news item himself — the measured site on this connection showed 285.9 ms at 119.5 KB, also a normal result. Our recommendation: there is a person who will actually manage the pages - take WordPress and lay down the discipline of updates; there is no such person — Next.js. The platform is fixed in the TK before the start.
How many pages to make?
As much as you are able to fill with content. There are 164 addresses on the measured site of the panel manufacturer, and each one means something. In another sample project, we saw service pages that existed as a menu item, with a duplicate header inside and nothing else. Blank pages do not add visibility, they blur the structure. A fair margin: a sitemap does not raise items and does not guarantee indexation - a page without demand can be indexed and not receive a single visit.
How long will the development take and why does the deadline shift?
20-40 working days from approved TOR: brief and TOR 3-5 days, framework and prototype 2-4, design 5-9, layout and assembly 6-12, fill with markup and analytics 2-6, testing and delivery 2-4. It is not the stages that move the deadline, but expectations: the pages are empty, because there are no texts and photos. Therefore, in the TOR, we record the date by which the content is required from you, and what happens to the deadline if it arrives later.
We have a site - can we transfer it to the new one without losing anything?
No one guarantees a position, and we will not. Technically, we do this: we collect a map of old addresses, put 301-redirects one by one, save the title and structure of the titles on pages that already generate traffic, give the correct site map. The most expensive migration mistake is the "all to main" redirect: search reads this as missing pages. And separately, we warn you in advance: after cleaning duplicates, the number of pages in the index may drop for some time, this is an expected trend, not a failure.
Can we edit the site ourselves?
Depends on the platform, and it's decided on the brief, not after submission. On WordPress with a designer, yes: text, photo, new page, news. On Next.js, text edits go through us, if you don't create an editor layer for the content separately. At the transfer, we go through the administration with your responsible person and leave written instructions for your processes, not a general guide from the Internet.
How to understand that the site is working and not just existing?
By events in analytics. Minimum is GA4 with form submit event connected to launch. In our sample of 16 sites, three had no counters at all, and another two had Universal Analytics turned off as of July 1, 2023 — numbers hadn't been collected for years. A fair limit: the counter doesn't improve anything by itself, it just gives something to read; blockers and consent mode cut off some of the data, so GA4 shows a trend, not accounting truth.
How do you work: contract, payment, guarantee?
Official: contract, invoice, act, in particular with customers from the EU. The base currency of the calculation is the euro, the hryvnia is converted at the NBU exchange rate on the day of invoicing. Advance payment of 50% at the start, the rest — after acceptance. Two rounds of edits at the design stage are included in the cost if they are within the approved TOR. Warranty — 30 calendar days after receipt: we correct errors free of charge. It does not cover new additions and consequences of independent changes in the code by third parties.
Submit the site address or list of sections to be included.
In response, there is a document with measurements, a structure diagram, and an estimate of works by stages with dates. If it turns out from the numbers that a new site is not needed now and it is enough to improve the existing one, we will say so in the first email.
From measured cases164 addresses in the site map, all 164 unique - zero duplicates
There is no price list on the site on purpose: the same work differs several times over between two clients, and a “from” figure explains nothing in that case. First a free audit — we count your pages, duplicates and speed — then we name the sum and the deadline and fix both in the contract.
