A site for a company that provides services

The development of a service site begins not with design, but with a list: how many services you have, which of them are searched for separately, and what should be inside each page for a person to write. Then prototype, design, assembly, markup and analytics. This is how we made the website of the Norwegian clinic of aesthetic medicine — 26 pages, the first server response was 285.9 ms. The term is 15–35 working days from the approved TOR, the volume is named after a free analysis of the list.

Who it's for

Situations where this service delivers results

Scenario 1 of 5

There are ten services, and the "Services" page is one

The most common condition. A person is looking for a specific job, comes across a list of ten items and finds neither a deadline, nor a process, nor an order of amount. Splitting this list is the cheapest change possible: each service gets an address, title, and form, and you get a page to advertise and link to in correspondence.

What's included

Complete list of work and what you get as a result

  • We divide the list of services into separate pages - each has its own address, its own title and its own form, so you can advertise on it
  • We collect the framework of the service page: what is included, how the work goes, how long it takes, what the amount depends on - the person receives answers before the call
  • We set a price guide or a calculator, if the amount can be calculated according to the parameters, this will filter out applications with a different budget
  • We link related services to each other - the visitor walks around the site, and does not return to the issue for the next contractor
  • We display the application form on every page of the service, not only in the contacts — the path to the application is shortened to one screen
  • We make a section of completed works with a photo and description of the task - this is the evidential part to which the service pages refer
  • We close technical SEO: CNC for services, canonical, unique title, site map without duplicates
  • We mark up JSON-LD: Organization, Service, BreadcrumbList and FAQPage — the search engine receives structured data about the company and services
  • We connect GTM and GA4 with the events of sending the form, clicking on the phone and going to the messenger — the appeals are finally counted
  • We transfer access, instructions for adding a new service and a guarantee period of 30 calendar days — the site grows without us
When this service isn't right

What's not included — so there are no surprises at delivery

  • Clean copywriting of all pages of services - we give a frame and a draft, text proofing is calculated separately
  • Photography of the work process and finished objects
  • Post-launch advertising and promotion
  • Legal texts: offer, terms of service, privacy policy
  • Hosting, domain, telephony

Free analysis of the list of services

In the field of services, the site almost always breaks down on the same thing: all services are listed on one page. The breakdown shows how many of them deserve their own page and what should be on that page for a person to write.

What we measure

  • How many services have a separate pageWe count your list and see what people are really looking for separately from it. Each such service is a page where you can be found; while they are listed, they are not searchable.
  • What is on the service page, besides the nameThe process, the term, what is included and what is not, what the price depends on. We've seen sites where five pages of services existed as menu items, with a duplicate header inside and nothing else.
  • Price guideWe check whether there is at least some way to understand the order of the sum. The complete lack of a reference point on the service site results in many empty appeals and few applications.
  • The path to the applicationHow many clicks from the service page to the form and whether it is even on this page. A form only on the contact page is a typical waste.
  • Status of the existing siteFirst server response, HTML weight, sitemap, structured company data, and presence of a working counter.

What you get

  • A list of the pages of the future site with a justification of which services should be provided separately.
  • The framework of the service page: what should be on it for a person to reach the application.
  • Measurements of the existing site with a list of defects, if the site exists.
  • A conversation for 30 minutes, where we go through the list by points.

Timeline: 2-3 working days

Why is it free

Because half of the conversations about the service site end with the conclusion that you should not redo the design, but divide one page into eight. This can be seen in two or three days.

What's next

After analysis, we give an estimate by stages and calendar dates. If it is enough to improve the existing site, we count the improvements.

Short form: your contact and site URL

  • Contract, act and 30-day warranty

Every project gets a written contract: scope, deadlines, amount, acceptance procedure. After delivery — act and invoice, then 30 calendar days of warranty.

  • Sole proprietor & bank transfer

The contractor is a registered sole proprietor. Payment by invoice with closing documents.

  • Rights & access — yours

Code, design and materials transfer to you after full payment. Domain, hosting, repository and analytics are registered to you.

  • Client portal instead of email chains

During the project you get access to a portal: contracts, invoices, acts and project status in one place.

  • European clients

Among our work — projects for Norway, Bulgaria, Moldova and Spain.

  • Verifiable numbers

Every case in the portfolio comes with a link to a live site and a technical measurement.

  • Audit first, then pricing

There is no price list on the site intentionally: the scope of the same work differs multiples between clients.

  • We say "no" when unsure

If the task isn't ours or the deadline is unrealistic — we tell you upfront.

What affects the price

Why two seemingly identical tasks are priced differently

  • Number of service pagesPrime factor. Ten services with a described process and ten names in the list are projects of different complexity: in the first case, these are ten frameworks, ten texts and ten forms.
  • Status of textsIf the process for each service is described in your words, at least in voice, we will structure it. If there is nothing, each page begins with an interview - this is where the deadline is stretched most often.
  • Price guideA range in text is a string. The calculator by parameters (area, volume, urgency) is a separate logic that must be checked with your price and checked on the extreme values, otherwise it will count nonsense.
  • DesignThe finished frame with your colors and photo holds the bottom border. Brand layouts add days to design and layout, and they move the deadline more often than assembly.
  • Evidence partTwenty works with a photo and a description of the task are twenty cards that must be collected, cut and signed. We take it upon ourselves when the photo is already available: shooting is not included in the work.
  • IntegrationCRM, call tracking, online recording and chat are set separately. Each integration is also access on your part: API keys are issued to the business owner, not the contractor.
Process steps

Transparent stages with approval at every step

Total duration:15–35 days

  1. Analysis of the list of services and TK

    2-4 working days

We go through the list by item: what we take out separately, what we combine, what we remove in general. At the output is a map of pages and TOR, according to which the work is accepted.

  2. Prototype structure

    2-4 working days

The framework of the service page, through blocks, form places, linking between the services and the work section. We agree with the design: rearranging the blocks after layout is expensive.

  3. Design

    4-8 working days

Main page, service page, completed works section, contacts. Here we fix the target weight of the page: in the sites we measured, HTML weighs 102-120 KB, and this is a guideline, not a coincidence.

  4. Collection

    4-10 working days

Layout, service page template, forms with validation and spam protection, admin where a new service is added without a developer.

  5. Filling, markup, analytics

    2-6 working days

We fill in the texts and photos of the works, put JSON-LD, a site map, GTM and GA4 with events. We check that each event really arrives, and not just configured.

  6. Testing and transfer

    1-3 working days

Running the application from each page of the service, measuring the first response of the server and the weight of HTML, the transfer of accesses and a short written instruction.

Technologies & integrations

What we build on and what it connects to

Stack

  • WordPress + Bricks Builder — when you add texts and new services yourself; minus: the page turns out to be heavier, and you need to monitor the updates of the plugins
  • Next.js + React + TypeScript — when there are many service pages and they are assembled from one template; minus: without a CMS layer, the content is edited in the code
  • Tailwind CSS is a layout without a separate design system
  • nginx, HTTPS + HSTS is the minimum, without which the browser itself warns against you; the certificate encrypts the channel and does not make the site secure
  • Cloudflare — cache and screening of junk traffic; minus: another layer in which you have to look for a reason when the page returns the old content
  • JSON-LD Organization, Service, BreadcrumbList, FAQPage — we mark only what is actually on the page

Task
Build a website of services without a shopping cart: a catalog of procedures, reviews, frequently asked questions and full adaptability under a complex dark layout with an animated first section.
Solution
WordPress with Bricks designer and custom layout, interface language for the country's market, semantic layout. GTM, GA4 and Meta Pixel are connected.
Result
Measured on 07/31/2026: 26 published pages under X-WP-Total open REST API header, first server response 285.9ms, full HTML load 439.4ms at 119.5KB - the lightest full HTML among the 16 sites measured, and that's with a rich visual layout. Defects found: the site map is not given to any of the standard addresses, there is no structured markup of the establishment - both points are in the works.

consulting company in the field of business structuring and attracting financing

Task
Explain the four areas of services, show the work process and the team and lead the visitor to the application for consultation.
Solution
Site on Next.js with audience, service, process and team sections and application form, navigation on anchors. Connected GA4 via gtag.
Result
Measured on 07/31/2026: First server response 254ms, full load 342.6ms at 102.1KB HTML - the lightest document among the 16 sites measured and the second fastest response speed. The analytics really work here, unlike most sampling projects. Defects found: robots.txt declares a 404 sitemap and zero JSON-LD blocks - no Organization or Professional Services markup. We do not provide the client's business figures from his website: this is not our result.
What we need from you

We can't start without this — best to prepare in advance

  1. List services as they are referred to by customers, not in terms of your industry.
  2. Description of the process for each service: what you do, in what order, how long it takes.
  3. The price guide you are willing to show publicly is a range or cost per unit of work.
  4. Photos of completed works with a brief description of the task for each.
  5. Contacts, address and schedule — they go in the text, in the markings and on the map.
  6. One person with the right to approve texts and prices.

If something is missing — let us know, we'll help you gather it or do it as a separate task.

FAQ

Most frequently asked questions — with concrete answers

Why a separate page for each service if there is a list?

Because they are looking for a specific service, not "services". The page for a specific request has something to answer this person: how the work is going, how long it takes, what the amount depends on, who has already done it. The list does not correspond to anyone. Technically, a separate page is the only way to give a service its own address, its own title, its own form, and its own Service markup. While the service remains an item on the list, it does not exist in the search, and there is nowhere to advertise it either.

How many services should be carried out separately?

The ones that customers look for individually and that you do regularly. Our recommendation: do not start a page for a service that you perform twice a year - it will not gain weight and will take away attention. Breaking the list down to thirty almost identical pages is also harmful: they compete with each other, and no one wins. During the analysis, we go through your list item by item and show what to combine and what, on the contrary, to separate.

Show prices on the website?

Landmark — yes. It screens out appeals that don't match expectations from the start and saves the manager time. The form that works in most cases is a range or cost per unit of work plus an honest explanation of what the final amount depends on. Hiding a number completely makes sense only where it is counted for the project every time - then we put a calculator or an open list of factors in its place.

How much does such a site cost?

There is no public fork here on purpose. Volume is determined by two things: the number of services that will receive a separate page, and the state of your texts. Therefore, first, a free analysis in 2-3 working days - we compile a list of pages and see what content is already available. After that, we give an estimate by stages and calendar dates. If it turns out that it is enough to improve the existing site, we will count the improvements, not the new project.

How long does it take?

15-35 working days from the approved TK. Six phases: Breakdown and pagemap days 2-4, prototype 2-4, design 4-8, build 4-10, fill with markup and analytics 2-6, test and deliver 1-3. The deadline almost always rests on the texts of the service pages: no one but you knows them, and we will not invent them. When the process is described at least in voice, we structure it, and the schedule is maintained.

Do you need a section of completed works?

Yes, this is the evidence part of the site. In services, confidence is bought, not a description of the process: a photo of the object with a brief description of the task and the period of work is more convincing than a paragraph of text. Each work is linked to the page of the service, the link goes both ways. We do not publish other people's works and do not attribute other people's figures to ourselves - and we do not advise you: in our sample, it happens that the description of the project in the portfolio does not match what is actually on the website.

WordPress or Next.js — what to choose?

It depends on who will live with the site further. WordPress with Bricks — when you edit the texts yourself and add services without a developer; the downside is that the page is heavier, and you have to monitor for plugin updates. Next.js — when there are many service pages and they are collected from one template; the downside is that without a CMS layer, the content is edited in the code. In our measured projects, the difference in HTML weight was 119.5 KB vs. 102.1 KB—less than the difference in who gets to work with it later.

Will we be found on Google after such a site?

No one guarantees a position, and neither will we. We close the technical part: a separate address for each service, unique title, canonical, site map without duplicates, JSON-LD Organization, Service and FAQPage. Markup gives a chance for an extended snippet, but does not increase the position by itself, and you can only markup what is actually on the page. The most common hole is here: on both of our measured service sites, the sitemap either returns a 404 to an address with robots.txt, or does not return to any standard address.

Submit a list of services as your customers refer to them.

In response, there is a map of the pages of the future site, a framework of the service page, and an estimate of the works by stages with dates. If one landing page is enough for you, you will hear it in the first email.

  • We work under a contract

There is no price list on the site on purpose: the same work differs several times over between two clients, and a “from” figure explains nothing in that case. First a free audit — we count your pages, duplicates and speed — then we name the sum and the deadline and fix both in the contract.
