Development of a landing page is one page subject to one action: leave an application, sign up for a consultation, place an order. We start not with a layout, but with two questions: where will the person come from and how will you confirm what you promise. The first screen should continue the promise of the ad; if he does not continue it, the paid click burns before the first scroll, and the design does not save here. Next is the structure of screens, a block of evidence, a form with an event in analytics. The term is 7–18 working days, the volume is named after a free analysis.

What's included
Complete list of work and what you get as a result
Screen structure aligned to the design: first screen, problem, solution, evidence, objection, form - rearranging the blocks after layout is twice as expensive as in the diagram
Design for your brand with an end-to-end focus on one action: the button looks the same on every screen, and the person does not have to search for where to press
Adaptive with weight control: we measure the page on the phone before submission, and not after complaints about "something takes a long time to load"
Application form or quiz with transmission to mail, Telegram and CRM at the same time - the application is not lost if the manager does not open the mail
Block of evidence: numbers, cases, certificates, reviews with names - in a form that the visitor can check, not in adjectives
Technical SEO of minimal volume: title, description, correct H1 and Open Graph, so that the link in the messenger does not look like a bare string
JSON-LD micro-markup: Organization and FAQPage when there is a block of questions on the page - Google gets structured facts instead of guesswork
GTM, GA4 and Meta Pixel with the form submission event and the goal under the advertising cabinet: the algorithm has a lot to learn
End-to-end run of the application for submission: we press the button and see whether the letter has arrived, whether the line has fallen in the CRM, whether the event has been counted
Transfer: accesses, a brief instruction on editing texts and a guarantee of 30 calendar days after acceptance

Situations where this service delivers results
Scenario 1 of 4
Advertising is ready, but there is nowhere to run it
The ad promises a specific service, and leads to the main site, where this service is the fourth menu item. A person searches with his eyes for what he clicked on, does not find it in a couple of seconds and returns to the delivery. The landing page closes exactly this gap: what is written in the ad is in the title of the first screen with the same words.
We'll review your situation in a free audit
Scenario 2 of 4
Check a new product before building a website for it
One page, a month of traffic, and a recorded form submission event answer the question of demand for less than a ten-page section. The demand has been confirmed - the page remains a landing page for advertising, and the site is already being built for known requests.
Scenario 3 of 4
There is a page, but no one knows how many applications there are
The most frequent finding of our measurements: the form is standing, but there is no event in analytics. The advertising office is then optimized for clicks, because it simply does not see conversions, and you discuss the page with feelings. Here, the work begins with measurement, not with a new design.
Scenario 4 of 4
The product is complicated and does not fit in the ad
Equipment, consulting, medical service — decisions are made for a long time and with questions. Such a page requires a description of the process, responses to objections, and evidence; it comes out longer, and that's fine, as long as each screen either explains or clears the doubt.
Free analysis before landing
Landing lives or dies on the first screen and evidence. We start not with a layout, but with an analysis: where the person will come from, what he already knows and what you can confirm your words with.
What we measure
Traffic source and ad promiseWe look at your ads or advertising plan. If the first screen doesn't follow through on the ad's promise, conversions drop before scrolling—and no design can save that.
What evidence do you really have?Figures, cases, certificates, reviews with names. Without them, the landing page turns into a set of adjectives. We honestly say what is missing and what can be shown from what is available.
One targeted action or fiveWe count how many different actions your current page offers. Three equally important buttons are zero important buttons.
Page speed and weightLanding for paid traffic does not have the right to load for a long time. In our sample, the lightest one-page site served 102.1 KB of HTML in 254 ms, the slowest 1,520 ms to the first byte; this is the difference in paid traffic.
MeasurementIs the counter standing and is the sending of the form registered at all? A landing without a conversion event in analytics cannot be optimized — nothing can be transferred to advertising.
What you get
The structure of the page on the screens: what is on the first, what we confirm, where the form is.
A list of evidence that is missing and what can be gathered from it in a week.
Measurements of the current page, if there is one: speed, weight, presence of events.
A conversation for 30 minutes, where we go through the structure on the screens.
Timeline: 1-3 working days
Why is it free
Because it takes us one to three days to figure out whether there is anything to make a landing page from, and a blindly created page eats up the advertising budget for months.
What's next
After analysis, we give an estimate and a deadline. If it is clear that the problem is not in the page, but in the ads or in the offer, we will say so directly.
Short form: your contact and site URL
Contract, act and 30-day warranty
Every project gets a written contract: scope, deadlines, amount, acceptance procedure. After delivery — act and invoice, then 30 calendar days of warranty.
Sole proprietor & bank transfer
The contractor is a registered sole proprietor. Payment by invoice with closing documents.
Rights & access — yours
Code, design and materials transfer to you after full payment. Domain, hosting, repository and analytics are registered to you.
Client portal instead of email chains
During the project you get access to a portal: contracts, invoices, acts and project status in one place.
European clients
Among our work — projects for Norway, Bulgaria, Moldova and Spain.
Verifiable numbers
Every case in the portfolio comes with a link to a live site and a technical measurement.
Audit first, then pricing
There is no price list on the site intentionally: the scope of the same work differs multiples between clients.
We say "no" when unsure
If the task isn't ours or the deadline is unrealistic — we tell you upfront.
What affects the price
Why two seemingly identical tasks are priced differently
How much needs to be explainedAn understandable service with a known result is kept on five to seven screens. Complex equipment or consulting requires a description of the process, analysis of objections and a separate block of evidence - this is another volume of text, prototype and layout.
State of evidenceReady-made numbers, testimonials with names and certificates are a few hours for the layout of the block. If there is no evidence and it is necessary to collect it from scratch, it is weeks of waiting on your part: we cannot write for you what did not exist.
Form or quizThe form for three fields is put in a day. Quiz with branches is the logic of transitions, a separate script of transfer to CRM and testing of each branch. Our recommendation: a quiz is justified when the answers depend on the selection or calculation, and not for the sake of engagement.
Second languageThis is not button translation, but double text, separate Open Graph, hreflang with x-default and double form validation. It is necessary to plan the second language before the design: adding it after the launch is more expensive than laying it on the prototype.
The platform and who will manage the page in the futureNext.js gives a lighter page and full control over the markup, but every text edit goes through the developer. WordPress with Bricks allows the marketer to rule himself, instead, the weight needs to be monitored after each plugin. We make the choice on analysis — it drives the volume of work more than the number of screens.

Ukrainian SaaS platform for automatic rewriting of product descriptions
Task
Assemble the public part of the product so that the visitor from advertising understands the payment model and reaches the registration, and the page remains easy.
Solution
Public part on Next.js: eight pages, markup SoftwareApplication, Offer, Organization, WebSite and FAQPage, PWA manifest. The payment model is described directly on the page - non-cash transfer to the FOP's IBAN, minimum top-up of UAH 50.
Result
Measured on 07/31/2026: First server response 220.6ms, full load 329.8ms with 140.8KB HTML - fastest response among 16 sites measured. Here is our own find, which we do not hide: JSON-LD has a dead rating of 4.8 out of 50 ratings, and there is no feedback on the page - this is a reason for manual sanctions. And zero analytics counters: conversion to registration is not measured by anyone.
consulting company in the field of business structuring and attracting financing
Task
Explain the four areas of services, show the work process and the team, and lead the visitor to the application for consultation - on one page.
Solution
One-page site on Next.js: animated first screen, audience, services, process and team sections, application form. The entire navigation is five anchors, in HTML there is only one internal link. GA4 connected.
Result
Measured on 07/31/2026: 102.1KB HTML - lightest document among 16 sites measured, first response 254ms, full load 342.6ms. The analytics really work here, unlike most measured projects. Self-reported defects: robots.txt declares a 404 sitemap and zero JSON-LD blocks — Google doesn't get a single structured fact about the company.

Process steps
Transparent stages with approval at every step
Total duration:7–18 days
1
Analysis and structure
1-3 working days
We look at the ad or advertising plan, count how many different actions the current page offers, and collect a list of evidence. The output is a layout of screens, which is used to calculate the estimate.
2
Prototype on screens
1-2 working days
Scheme without color: what is on the first screen, where is the form, in what order are the objections. We agree here, because it takes minutes to rearrange the block on the diagram, and a day after layout.
3
Design
2-5 working days
Layout for your brand, mobile version in parallel with the desktop version. Here we fix the target weight of the page: in our sample, a one-page site gave 102.1 KB of HTML, and a heavy landing site - 224.6 KB.
4
Assembly and adaptive
2-5 working days
Layout on your chosen platform, checking on a phone with a slow network, image compression, Open Graph and micro markup. Texts at this point should be clean.
5
Analytics, form, end-to-end test
1-3 working days
GTM, GA4 and Meta Pixel, form submission event, target in ad cabinet. Running an application from a button to a letter and a line in CRM, transferring accesses and instructions.
Technologies & integrations
What we build on and what it connects to
Stack
Next.js + React + TypeScript - the page is delivered assembled, we control the weight of HTML, not a set of plugins; the price of this is editing the text through the developer
WordPress + Bricks Builder — when the page will be managed by your marketer; the cost of this is the weight each plugin adds
Tailwind CSS - styles do not drag someone else's component library
nginx + HTTP/2 — returning static without redundant connections
Cloudflare - cache and certificate; he does not treat a difficult page, he only gives what is there faster
Integrations
Google Tag Manager
GA4
Meta Pixel
Google Ads
TikTok Pixel

Landing, designer and section on your site
How this option differs from the alternative
Designer / section on the siteOur approach
Page weightDesigner: the weight is set by the template, the influence is limited. Section on the site: entails the entire webbing of the sitewe keep it as a separate parameter and measure it until it passes: in the sample, 102.1 KB of HTML was produced on a one-page site
Editing without a developerDesigner: yes, this is its main advantage. Section on the site: depends on the CMSon WordPress with Bricks — yes; on Next.js — through us
Search trafficConstructor: Same limit. Section on the site: stronger, it lives on a domain with historylimited: one page versus sections with dozens of materials
Events and targets for advertisingConstructor: click event from the box, failed submissions are also counted. Section on the site: depends on who configuredwe bet on a successful server response, not on a button click
What is left with you?Designer: the page lives as long as you pay the subscription fee. Section on the website: everything is yours, but it cannot be taken separatelycode, access, domain - the page moves to another hosting in the evening
What we need from you
We can't start without this — best to prepare in advance
1Description of the offer in one paragraph: what you sell, to whom and how it differs from its neighbors in the market.
2Traffic source and example ads, if they are already running: the first screen is written under them.
3Evidence: numbers, cases, reviews, certificates — everything that can be shown and confirmed.
4Vector logo, corporate colors, product or process photo.
5Where applications should go: mail, Telegram, CRM — and who answers them during working hours.
6One person with the right to approve the text and layout: the approval of four people consumes more days than the entire layout.
If something is missing — let us know, we'll help you gather it or do it as a separate task.
FAQ
Most frequently asked questions — with concrete answers
How does a landing page differ from a business card site?
By task, not by the number of pages. The business card tells about the company and leaves contacts - it is visited when they are already looking for you by name. Landing leads a person to one action and subordinates everything to it: the title, the order of blocks, the number of buttons. Hence the different speed requirements: traffic is bought on the landing page, and server delay here costs money, not nerves.
How many screens should there be?
Enough to remove objections, and none superfluous. An understandable service with a known result is invested in five to seven screens. Complex equipment or medical services require more: there you have to explain the process and show evidence. The rule is simple - the screen either explains or removes the doubt. If it does neither, it simply moves the shape further away from the eyes.
How much will you do?
7-18 working days from the approval of the structure. Breakdown and structure - 1-3 days, screen prototype - 1-2, design - 2-5, build and responsive - 2-5, analytics with end-to-end test - 1-3. It is technically possible to put together a page in three days, if you already have a clean text, a photo and one person with the right to say "yes". Time is usually consumed not by typesetting, but by coordinating the text and searching for evidence.
What conversion are you promising?
None, and anyone who names a pre-launch number is making it up. The conversion depends on the offer, the price and the traffic source - the page either does not interfere or does. What we really do: We put a form submission event on day one so you're looking at your own numbers a week after launch. A technical detail that is missed most often: the event must be sent on a successful server response, not on a button click, otherwise GA4 will also get unsuccessful sends, and the conversion number will be inflated from day one.
Why are you so hung up on the weight of the page?
Because paid traffic is direct money. Among the 16 sites we measured, the lightest one-page page delivered 102.1 KB of HTML in 254 ms, and the slowest landing page delivered 1,520.2 ms to the first byte at 224.6 KB. Both pay for the same click, but the second one does not show the offer to everyone who clicked. Fair margin: speed removes technical loss, not creates demand. If the price is higher than the market, the fast page will simply give the person a reason to leave faster.
Will the landing page rank in search?
Limited and better to know before you start. One page competes with sections of sites where dozens of materials are written on the topic. We do not promise items. We close the technical base: title, description, correct H1, Open Graph, JSON-LD Organization and FAQPage, if there is a block of questions. The line is clear here as well — the markup does not raise positions and does not force Google to show an extended snippet, it decides for itself. And the markup of what is not on the page turns into a risk of manual sanctions; we found this in our own project and show it openly.
Will I be able to edit the texts myself?
It depends on what we choose during the analysis. WordPress with Bricks provides developer-free block editing: the marketer changes the header and adds the screen himself, and you pay by the weight each plugin brings. Next.js gives a lighter page and full control over the markup, but every text edit goes through us. We ask about this at the debriefing, because it is more expensive to change the platform after launch than to choose it at the beginning.
How will I see that the page is working?
In GA4 and in the advertising cabinet — after the form submission event, which is set before launch, and not after the first questions. Plus a thorough run on delivery: we press a button and see if a letter has arrived, if a line has fallen in CRM, or if an event has been counted. There is a fair limit here as well: blockers, consent mode, and browser restrictions on cookies eat up part of the data. GA4 shows a trend, not an accounting truth, and it is necessary to consciously reconcile its numbers with the cash register.
Quiz instead of form - does it work?
Sometimes. The quiz is justified when the selection or calculation really depends on the answers: the size, configuration, volume of the batch. Then a person responds because he sees this as a benefit for himself. An engagement quiz where five steps ask something that doesn't affect anything is five reasons to close the tab. If you have a second case, we will say so and offer a three-field form.
Send an ad or a description of the offer - we will return with a structure on screens.
Within 1-3 business days, you will receive a page layout, a list of missing proofs, and measurements of the current page, if any. Next, there is an estimate by stages and terms.
There is no price list on the site on purpose: the same work differs several times over between two clients, and a “from” figure explains nothing in that case. First a free audit — we count your pages, duplicates and speed — then we name the sum and the deadline and fix both in the contract.
