Course website: the curriculum, intake dates and price — before anyone has to send you a DM

People decide to study slowly: they come back to the site several times, compare curricula and wait for a cohort that suits them. So what matters here is not a striking first screen but answers to three questions — what exactly is taught, when the next intake starts and how much it costs. A site that hides the curriculum behind a “learn more” form loses the people who are not yet ready to talk to a manager.

Situations where this service delivers results

Scenario 1 of 4

A training center with cohort-based intakes

A course starts on a specific date and places are limited. If the page does not show this, people cannot tell whether they will make it in time and put the decision off.

We'll review your situation in a free audit
What's included

Complete list of work and what you get as a result

  • course pages with the curriculum by topic, the duration and the class format
  • the dates of the next intakes and the number of free places
  • the cost of the course and installment terms, if you offer them
  • a course inquiry tied to a specific cohort rather than a generic form
  • teacher pages with their experience and the courses they teach
  • graduate reviews in a format that does not look invented
  • a comparison of courses, if there are several and they are similar
  • payment on the site, if you need it
  • handover with a description of how to add courses and cohorts and change dates
When this service isn't right

What's not included — so there are no surprises at delivery

  • writing the curriculum and teaching methodology
  • recording video lessons and preparing materials
  • promises of employment or learning outcomes
  • promises of search rankings or student numbers
  • writing reviews on behalf of graduates

Free review of your task

We look at what decides things in this niche: whether the curriculum is clear, whether the intake dates are visible and whether people can sign up without back-and-forth messaging.

What we measure

  • Whether the curriculum is disclosed“Learn more” instead of a curriculum is the most common reason people do not come back. We look at what can be shown openly.
  • Whether the next intake date is visibleWithout it people cannot tell whether they will make it in time and put the decision off. A date gives a reason to act now rather than someday.
  • Whether the price is statedThe cost of the course is the question people start with. Leaving it out filters out some people before they ever get in touch.
  • How many recurring questions arrive in messengersThis is the most accurate indicator of what the site is missing. Every frequent question is a page or a block that does not exist.
  • How the inquiry worksA generic form not tied to a cohort means the manager has to clarify every time what exactly the person is signing up for.
  • Technical state of the current siteResponse speed, structured data, canonical URLs, breadcrumb markup — the same things we measured on websites in this niche.

What you get

  • a list of what affects inquiries in this niche, with the reasons explained
  • a proposed structure for the course pages
  • an estimate of the work broken down by stage
  • an honest answer on whether you need a new website

Timeline: 2–4 working days

Why is it free

A single-course website and a school website with a dozen programs, cohorts and payment differ in scope several times over. Without the review any figure would be guesswork.

What affects the price

Why two seemingly identical tasks are priced differently

  • Number of coursesOne course is a landing page. A dozen programs means structure, comparison between them and management, so that new ones can be added without a developer.
  • Working with cohortsIntake dates, places, an “enrollment closed” status — this is separate logic. Without it a course page soon starts showing false dates.
  • Payment on the siteAn inquiry followed by an invoice is simple. Online payment, and even more so payment in installments, adds connecting a payment system and handling failed payments.
  • Learning formatIn-person classes add a schedule, an address and local markup. Online adds the question of access to materials after payment.
  • How ready the curricula areIf the curricula are described by topic, filling in the content is quick. If there are only general statements, they have to be structured first — and that work is on your side.
  • Content managementSomeone on your team will be changing the intake dates. Convenient management is separate work, and without it the site goes out of date after the very first cohort.
Process steps

Transparent stages with approval at every step

Total duration:15–50 days

  1. Reviewing the task

    2–4 working days

We look at the courses, the intake format and the questions that most often arrive in messengers. The result is a page structure and an estimate.

  2. Course structure

    3–7 working days

We design the course page: the curriculum by topic, format, duration, teachers, dates and places. This is also where we decide how to show closed intakes.

  3. Building the site

    8–28 working days

We build the homepage, the course and teacher pages, a curriculum comparison and reviews. We work in a test environment.

  4. Cohorts and inquiries

    3–10 working days

We connect intake management, an inquiry tied to a specific cohort, and forwarding to a CRM or messenger.

  5. Payment, if needed

    3–8 working days

We connect the payment system, handling of failed payments and a confirmation for the student. If payment is not needed, we skip this stage.

  6. Launch and handover

    1–3 working days

We roll out the site, check the first inquiries and hand over instructions for adding courses and cohorts. Then the 30-day warranty from the date the acceptance act is signed applies.

Tasks and results in numbers — all metrics measured by us

a sample of 6 Ukrainian websites in the “education” niche

Task
Find out the real state of websites in the education niche rather than the state their owners describe: the technical base, measurement and site size.
Solution
An external measurement without access to anyone else's admin panels: time to first response as the median of several measurements, the catalog from the sitemap with duplicate URLs removed, counters in the homepage HTML, the PHP version from the headers, hreflang, TLS, robots.txt and the canonical URL.
Result
Measured on 17 September 2026: 6 Ukrainian websites in the “education” niche were checked. 4 of 6 have no breadcrumb markup; 4 of 6 have no local business markup; 3 of 6 have no canonical URL on the homepage; 1 of 6 answer slower than a second. Median first response time: 474.1 ms; median sitemap size: 542 URLs.
What we need from you

We can't start without this — best to prepare in advance

  1. a list of courses with curricula by topic and duration
  2. the intake schedule and the number of places in groups
  3. the cost of the course and payment terms
  4. the teachers and their experience
  5. whether payment on the site is needed
  6. who on your side accepts the work

If something is missing — let us know, we'll help you gather it or do it as a separate task.

FAQ

Most frequently asked questions — with concrete answers

Should the full course curriculum be shown?

Yes, and hiding the curriculum behind a form is the most common mistake in this niche. Someone choosing a course compares exactly the content: how many topics, what exactly is studied, how much practice there is. The fear that competitors will “copy” the curriculum usually costs more than the copying itself: without a description you lose the people who are not yet ready to contact a manager.

Why show intake dates?

A date gives people a reason to decide now. “The next cohort starts on the 15th, four places left” works differently from “enrollment is always open”: in the second case people put it off, because there is no hurry. But the dates have to be real — invented urgency is noticeable and damages trust.

Do you guarantee more students?

No. The site removes obstacles for people who are already looking for a course: it shows the curriculum, the dates and the price. But the decision to study depends on the reputation of the school, the teachers and the reviews, and promising figures here would be dishonest.

Can we write about graduate employment?

Only what you can back up. Promises of a job after the course are the riskiest claim in this niche: they depend on the market, on the student and on things you do not control. If you have real employment figures, they can be stated along with how they were calculated. We will not invent them.

What should we do about reviews?

Publish real ones, with a name and, with consent, a link to the person. Invented reviews are recognizable from the first sentence and do more harm than having none. If there are no reviews yet, it is more honest to show the curriculum and the teachers than to fill the page with stories that never happened.

Do we need payment right on the website?

It depends on the price and the format. For inexpensive courses online payment noticeably simplifies signing up. For expensive programs people still want to talk before paying, and there an inquiry followed by an invoice is enough. In the review we look at your case and do not recommend a payment system by default.

How long does development take?

18 to 56 working days. The longest part is usually not on our side but on yours: structuring the curricula by topic. We give the exact timeline after the review.

Who owns the website after the work?

You do. The property rights to the code, design and materials pass to the client after full payment, and the result is handed over under an acceptance act. The domain, hosting and analytics are registered in your name from the very start.

Let's look at what your course pages are missing

We will show which recurring questions a page can take off your hands. The review is free, we reply within 2 hours.

  • We work under a contract

There is no price list on the site on purpose: the same work differs several times over between two clients, and a “from” figure explains nothing in that case. First a free audit — we count your pages, duplicates and speed — then we name the sum and the deadline and fix both in the contract.
